New beginnings were the focus during the CenterPoint Energy Foundation Build Groundbreaking earlier this month. Representatives from CenterPoint Energy, FHLB Cincinnati, Montgomery County, and more joined Dynasty to celebrate the beginning of the construction of her new home.

Ending the cycle is Dynasty’s goal as she looks forward to becoming the first person in her family to purchase a home. Growing up in an apartment with her grandmother, Dynasty has always lived in rental properties. Dynasty and her family are excited about the prospect of homeownership and grateful for the opportunity that Habitat for Humanity has provided. This new chapter in their lives promises stability, safety, and a brighter future and Dynasty is determined to make the most of it.
