Volunteer Opportunities
VOLUNTEER ON A BUILD SITE
Have you ever wanted to learn how to use a power tool? Maybe you are interested in how dry wall is hung? Volunteering on our build sites allows you to gain experiences that you can't learn about in a college classroom. These experiences can help you as you go on to conquer your own DIY projects at home! There is no experience necessary to be a Habitat build site volunteer!
The Raider Nation Build is in New Carlisle! Check out our Raider Nation Build webpage to stay up to date as this build comes closer to completion!
VOLUNTEER AT ONE OF OUR RESTORES
If you are looking for service hours but building is not your thing, we understand! You can volunteer at one of our 2 ReStore locations (Downtown Dayton and Springfield). Both ReStores help fund our mission and we need volunteers to keep things running smoothly! Depending on the day, you may get to smash some things rage room style! No experience is necessary to help in our ReStores.
INTERNSHIPS
If you are looking for professional development, Dayton Habitat may have ways you can help leave your mark in a tangible way! Internships are limited, so feel free to reach out and see if we have any available.
