Liberty High School, YouthBuild Dayton, and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Dayton are excited to host an end-of-year celebration at their joint construction site. This event, celebrating the collaboration between Liberty High School, YouthBuild Dayton, and Dayton Habitat, will take place at 4763 Stratsburg Drive, Dayton, OH 45417, on June 6th at 11:30 am.
Habitat for Humanity of Greater Dayton, Liberty High School, and YouthBuild Dayton are partnering together to renovate a home, allowing another family to achieve homeownership. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to building homes and creating workforce development opportunities for the youth in the Dayton area.
The public is invited to attend and cover this occasion from 11:30 to 12:30. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the family that will purchase the home with a 0% interest mortgage, hear from Dayton Habitat, Liberty High School, and YouthBuild Dayton staff, see students work on the build site in live time, enjoy some food, and learn more about the positive impact this partnership will have on the local community.
“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Liberty High School and YouthBuild Dayton,” said David Mauch, Development Director of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Dayton. “This build is a testament to our joint dedication to impacting local families in our community and our desire to help our community through workforce development.”
